Our gentle Keep Fit group
This group started in November 2009 and is currently scheduled for a 10 week programme.
The emphasis is very much on gentle exercise to gradually improve members' fitness.
The group is still looking for extra members as the more the merrier!
Carole Powney is running the sessions.
